Shan Foster (51st pick, 2008)
- Like Gladyr above, Foster was drafted as a shooter but is now having trouble shooting. After hitting 137 threes at a 47% clip in his senior season at Vanderbilt, Foster's European career has seem him continue to shoot the ball, but not exceptionally well, and he hasn't played at the highest European echelons either. This season for Dexia Mons-Hainaut in Belgium, Foster has averaged 10.7 points and 3.1 rebounds in 27 minutes per game in Belgian league play, shooting 55% from two point range and 39% from three. But in EuroChallenge play, Foster is shooting only 40% from two and 21% from three. He is an indisputably solid player, but unless he takes the jumpshot to another level - or gets lucky like Matt Carroll - then there's no way in.
Chances of making the NBA expressed as an arbitrary percentage: 0%

Shan Foster
Foster is a former Mavericks draft pick and shooting specialist who hasn't added to his game outside of the shooting. He was drafted out of Vanderbilt in 2007 after shooting 47% from three point range in his senior season; however, since that time, he has been pretty ordinary. In Turkey last year, Foster averaged 9.1 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 26 minutes per game for Kepelz Bld Antalya. He shot 39% from three point range, but if it weren't for his draft spot, we wouldn't be talking about him.

- Shan Foster
Shan Foster is signed in Turkey with Kepez Bld Antalya. He's averaging 9.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per game, shooting three 3's for every free throw, and with more threes than twos. He hasn't expanded his game, although he also hasn't lost his jumpshot, shooting 39% from three point range.
Foster is back in America receiving treatment for an injury. He could be seen in the crowd at the Vanderbilt-Tennessee game last month, sporting gold face paint. Nice of him to play along.
Despite the spelling, Shan is pronounce Shane. The same is not true of Sham, though.
